Korngold has trained & placed several hundred business executives on global & regional nonprofit boards, including mothers2mothers, Corporation for Supportive Housing, Give Kids the World, Services for the Underserved, & NGOs ranked among the World’s Top 25 by NGO Advisor.

Korngold authored “A Better World, Inc.: How Companies Profit by Solving Global Problems…Where Governments Cannot” (Palgrave Macmillan, 2014), & “Leveraging Good Will: Strengthening Nonprofits by Engaging Businesses” (Jossey-Bass, A Wiley Imprint, 2005). She authored the chapter on climate, sustainability, & corporate governance in the new “Handbook of Board Governance: A Comprehensive Guide for Public, Private & Not-for-Profit Board Members” (Wiley, May 2016). She has authored book chapters & articles on her pioneering work in governance, CSR, & measurement/assessment – beginning in the 1990’s.

Korngold gave the luncheon keynote at Corporate Governance 2015, a conference for 150 owners & board members of private companies in Silicon Valley; facilitated Conservation International‘s all day forum for executives of its member companies; & moderated the plenary session on Corporate Partnerships at PYXERA Global’s 25th Anniversary Conference.

Korngold advises The Conference Board and the Drucker Institute. She guest lectures at Harvard, & addressed a governance conference at Oxford.

Previously, Korngold built & led two highly successful social enterprises.
